ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING 

After placing your order you will receive order confirmation email immediately which will contain necessary order details. Normally your order will processed within three business days before your products are dispatched. Processing time includes operations as such order verification, quality check, packaging and dispatching. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email having necessary shipping details.

In normal circumstances your order will be delivered to you in 3-10 business days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please send us an Email to help@thiskart.com. Please mention Item Name and Order Number in the subject field and provide item photos if you are not satisfied with the quality/condition. 

We will send you a confirmation email within 3 working days about status of your returns . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. 

You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

We take great care when packing your items so that they won't get damaged in transit. If an item does arrive damaged, we ask that you let us know right away and we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you for FREE. Or if you prefer, we can refund you the original purchase price if the product is deemed faulty.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

MY ITEM WAS NOT RECEIVED!

Please let us know if you do not receive your order in 10 business days. If after our investigation there is still no sign of the parcel, we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you for FREE. Or if you prefer, we can refund you the original purchase price + any shipping costs.

CAN I UPDATE / CANCEL MY ORDER?

Our warehouse team prepares and dispatches orders very quickly to meet our shipping cut-off times. However, if you need to update or cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at help@thiskart.com with your order number asap after order placement and we will update or cancel & refund your order as quickly as possible if it is not shipped out yet.
